About this plan

Sometimes the most healing thing we can do is get out of our heads and back into our bodies.

So, we're teaming up with Flow and Throw CIC@flowandthrowcofor an afternoon of Yin Yoga & Clay Play โ€” two hours to step out of your mind and into your body, through long-held yin postures, guided meditation, and hands in clay.

Wesettlethe mind, quieting the noise so you can actually hear yourself.Weopenthe heart, releasing what's been held too tight.Wegroundthe body, moving slow enough to feel what's really there. We let the spirit speak through clay, without a plan, just your hands responding to what's inside.

This is a spaceexclusively for Black and brown womento slow down together.

No experience in either clay or Yin is needed. Yin is a gentle form of yoga slow-paced, passive style of yoga practiced sitting or lying on the floor. And as always yoga poses are an invitation, not a requirement.
