About this plan
We’re taking BODIED underground for a music led, sculpt class in the basement of The Ministry, the private members’ club from Ministry of Sound.
Expect a 45 minute full body sculpt workout, combining strength and dynamic Pilates inspired movement. Music driven and suitable for all levels in a space with a different feel from our usual settings.
