Mamma Swim Sauna Meet-Up for Mums and Babies

Weekly sauna meet-up for mums with babies and toddlers aged 0–24 months. Includes community childcare swapping, sauna sessions in small groups, optional cold plunge, and social support. Participants are asked to stay for the full session.
